NO EXCEPTIONS •••COVID-19 POLICY••• If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive, please cancel your appointment! Anyone who arrives to their appointment with symptoms will not be serviced. Deposit will be FORFEITED and cancellation policy will go into effect. •••DEPOSITS••• So Snatched Aesthetics requires a card on file to collect a $40 deposit with a processing fee. The $40 deposit will be applied towards your total. Your remaining balance may be paid in full prior to appointment or after services are rendered. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. To pay remaining balance you may use Card on File, Cash App, or you may use any Major Debit or Credit card, with my provided card reader. You will assess a small transaction fee for any balance paid outside of cash. •••PRE WAX CARE INSTRUCTIONS••• Clients MUST have 2-3 weeks of hair growth for wax to grip and pull hair from follicle out effectively. If hairs are longer than needed, do not trim. I will trim for you to avoid “over trimming”. Feminine wipes, tampons, pads and liners are provided upon request. Client may take Tylenol 30 mins prior to aid in any discomfort. Exfoliate 24-48 hours prior to appointment. DO NOT EXFOLIATE SAME DAY. This ensures that there is no dead skin present and hairs remove flawlessly . No lotions, oils, or deodorants need to be applied prior to appointment. If you use skincare products that contain retinol, it is advisable to temporarily stop using them at least two weeks + before your scheduled waxing appointment. Retinol-based products make the skin vulnerable to injury, especially during waxing sessions. •••POST WAX CARE INSTRUCTIONS••• Waxing leaves the skin sensitive 24 to 36 hours after the procedure. Please avoid touching treated area and wear clean loose fitting breathable clothes. NO SEX, GYM, or HOT BATHS & SHOWERS. Also, avoid swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzi, and other spa environments. All things that would cause friction or excessive perspiration. Remember pores are open and can be subjective to bacteria if you are not following post care instructions. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week starting 48 hours after appointment. DO NOT OVER EXFOLIATE as well as exfoliate harshly. This will result in breaks to the skin. Moisturize 24 hours after appointment and continue daily. If any irritation occurs you may apply witch hazel as well as cortizone cream with aloe. Staying consistent and keeping up with aftercare is key to making your experience the most comfortable and skin most beautiful. •••V.I.P APPOINTMENTS••• V.I.P. appointments are made outside of the regular scheduled hours as well as holidays. Hours are subject to change. The V.I.P. fee of $50 as well as notated deposit must be paid at the time of booking to reserve a V.I.P appointment. Please message me directly to confirm V.I.P. appointment date & time before booking. •••Waiting List••• Waiting List is to be used if you do not see an appointment date or time within scheduled hours. Please sign up and leave day(s) and time that may best fit you and depending on inquiries that date may be added to calendar. Excludes Sunday’s, holidays and after hours. •••PARKING••• PARKING IS LOCATED ON WESSELLY AVE DIRECTLY BEHIND THE BUILDING. Take the ramp that goes up into the back of the building to parking area. Upon arrival, please send a text and I will let you know when to proceed upstairs for your appointment. We are on the 5th floor, “The Suite” Also, doors to Poplar Towers Place are locked from 6pm to 6am daily. Cancellation Policy

So Snatched Aesthetics charges a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows and 75% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Our time is very valuable. To ensure that we can provide all of our clients with excellent service, we ask that you be on time to all of your appointments. Please text upon arrival. If I do not reply right away, sit tight. I'm finishing up on a client and will text you when it is time to come up to “The Suite” In the event that you should be tardy, we ask that you be considerate and call to inform us of your situation so we may take necessary action or make special arrangements. There is an 8 min grace period for all clients. After 8 minutes if you are not inside my doorway, a $10 late charge will be added to your service total. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will forfeit your $40 deposit. You will need to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, prior to 24 hours of your appointment, the $40 deposit can be moved ONCE to the newly rescheduled appointment within 14 days. ● WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge 75% of your services when canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment time. ● WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge 100% of the scheduled service(s) on No-Shows. After which, your future appointments will have to be paid in full at the time of booking. ** ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANY SERVICE TO GUARANTEE YOUR APPOINTMENT ** The satisfaction of our clients is our main priority.
