If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, please cancel your appointment. ⚠️ Arriving with symptoms will result in no service, deposit forfeiture, and cancellation policy enforcement. ⸻ 💳 Deposits • A $40 deposit (with processing fee) is required to book and will be applied toward your total. • Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. • Remaining balance may be paid via: • Card on file • CashApp • Major debit/credit card (small transaction fee applies) • Cash (no fee) ⸻ 🧖‍♀️ Pre-Wax Care • Must have 2–3 weeks of hair growth for best results. • Do not trim — I will do this if needed. • Feminine wipes, tampons, pads, and liners available upon request. • Take Tylenol 30 min before for discomfort (optional). • Exfoliate 24–48 hrs prior, NOT same day. • Avoid lotions, oils, deodorants before appointment. • Discontinue retinol products 2+ weeks before waxing. ⸻ 🌿 Post-Wax Care For the first 24–36 hours: • Avoid touching area • Wear loose, breathable clothing • 🚫 No sex, gym, hot baths/showers, pools, saunas, or jacuzzis Aftercare: • Exfoliate 2–3x per week (starting 48 hrs after appointment) • Moisturize daily (start 24 hrs after) • Use witch hazel or cortisone cream with aloe for irritation 📅 Rebook every 4–6 weeks for best results. ⸻ 💎 V.I.P. Appointments • Available outside regular hours & holidays • Requires $50 V.I.P. fee + deposit (due at booking) • Must be confirmed directly with me before booking ⸻ 📝 Waiting List If you don’t see a time that works, join the waiting list and include your preferred days/times. Cancellation Policy

So Snatched Aesthetics charges a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows and 75% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Our time is very valuable. To ensure that we can provide all of our clients with excellent service, we ask that you be on time to all of your appointments. Please text upon arrival. If I do not reply right away, sit tight. I'm finishing up on a client and will text you when it is time to come up to “The Suite” In the event that you should be tardy, we ask that you be considerate and call to inform us of your situation so we may take necessary action or make special arrangements. There is an 8 min grace period for all clients. After 8 minutes if you are not inside my doorway, a $10 late charge will be added to your service total. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will forfeit your $40 deposit. You will need to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, prior to 24 hours of your appointment, the $40 deposit can be moved ONCE to the newly rescheduled appointment within 14 days. ● WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge 75% of your services when canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment time. ● WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge 100% of the scheduled service(s) on No-Shows. After which, your future appointments will have to be paid in full at the time of booking. ** ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANY SERVICE TO GUARANTEE YOUR APPOINTMENT ** The satisfaction of our clients is our main priority.
